We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return policy carefully, as it applies to all customers worldwide.

Most of the clothing products in our shop are made to order, and in your order confirmation, we clearly indicate which items are produced upon request. These items are considered custom-made and do not fall under the standard return policy.

Please be advised: international return costs can sometimes exceed the value of 1–2 items, so we strongly encourage reviewing size charts and product details carefully before ordering. This information is mainly for guidance and in compliance with local laws.


🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal

European consumer protection laws guarantee a 14-day right of withdrawal from a purchase, allowing customers to return the goods without giving any reason, except for the following:

  • Custom or personalized products, including embroidered items, are made to order and cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

To exercise your right of withdrawal:

  1. Contact us at contact@sunwheelshop.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  3. Include your order number in the package.
  4. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Address & Procedure
Please contact us before sending any item back to receive the correct return address and instructions. Returns from outside the EU must be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and taxes are prepaid.


🌍 Customers from Other Countries

For customers outside the EU, returns may be possible depending on the product type and local logistics. Please contact us first at contact@sunwheelshop.com to receive guidance, as return addresses and conditions may vary. Please keep in mind that custom-made products, manufactured specifically based on the order placed by the customer, cannot be returned if they are not defective. Return shipping costs are usually several times higher than the rates we pay as the sender (we benefit from bulk shipping discounts as the sender), so please carefully check the size charts before placing an order, as returns are often uneconomical and, in the case of custom-made products, not possible.


đź’ł Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.


📦 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment appears to be lost, we can initiate an investigation 30 calendar days after the shipment date. The investigation process typically takes up to 30 days to reach a conclusion.

  • In the event a product is confirmed lost or destroyed, we will coordinate with you to either resend the product or refund the full purchase price, depending on your preference and agreement.
