Delivery organization:
We use the expedited shipping service International Priority Airmail as a shipping method. The package will be delivered locally by the Canada Post.
Please be aware that International Priority Airmail is a registered and insured parcel service against loss and damage during transit, but not trackable online in regard to intercontinental shipments from Europe to North America.
They scan and store the tracking information to their postal system, but it can not be seen online on the Canada Post’s website. Also, we can open an official postal investigation here in Hungary if a package has not arrived for more than 30 days. We will refund the original purchase price immediately if your order is lost, but this is a nearly impossible scenario (and almost never happens) since it is a registered and insured service.
The order will be dispatched within 1 working day and shipped out from our Budapest warehouse via Priority Airmail. The package will land at the Montréal International Airport within approximately 4-9 working days. After this point, it will be delivered to you locally by the Canada Post. The estimated delivery time within Canada is 3-8 working days, including the formal customs administration.
