🔄 1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, except for the exceptions listed below.

Please note that for customers outside the European Union, returning items may be significantly more complicated due to customs clearance procedures. Therefore, we can only accept returns or exchanges from non-EU countries if the return shipment is sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. This means that all customs duties, taxes, and handling fees must be prepaid by the sender.

❌ 2. Exceptions – Custom Products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Products that are made to order, personalized, or custom-made at your request.
This includes our embroidered products, which are uniquely crafted based on your selection and are excluded from return unless defective or damaged.


🔁 3. How to Return an Eligible Item

If your product is eligible for return:

  • Contact us first at contact@sunwheelshop.com to initiate the return process.
  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Please include your order number inside the package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Return Address and Procedure

If you wish to return a product, please contact us in advance at contact@sunwheelshop.com before sending the item back. This allows us to provide you with the correct return address and detailed instructions tailored to your specific order and location.

Due to variations in return destinations depending on the product type, your location, and current logistics arrangements, the return address may differ. Therefore, contacting us prior to returning any items helps to avoid delays, misdeliveries, or additional costs.


💸 4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
