Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped worldwide using established logistics channels, taking into account standard packaging, handling, and transit procedures. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Europe: 3–9 business days
• USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
• Australia & NZ: 7–15 business days
• South America: 10–20 business days
• Asia: 7–15 business days
• South Africa: 15–30 business days

🛠️ Order Processing

All orders are processed at our Budapest-based workshop, typically within 24-48 hours on business days. This includes production for custom-made items or packaging for ready-to-ship products. Once processing begins, your order enters the logistics chain.

🌍 International Shipping and Couriers

After leaving our workshop and being handed over to the courier services in Budapest, packages depart from Budapest Airport. Once the shipment leaves the airport, we no longer have control over its transportation. We can only provide updates based on the official online tracking information. Upon arrival in the destination country, packages are handled by the local courier or national postal service for final delivery.

Courier selection is automatic, based on destination, chosen shipping method, and real-time logistics data. Special courier requests cannot be accommodated without prior written agreement.

📬 Delivery Conditions

• Shipments are delivered on weekdays during standard business hours (typically 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time).
• If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., no one is home), the package is redirected to the nearest post office or pickup point, and a notification is sent by email or SMS. Where customary, and if the recipient has provided instructions, the package may be left at the delivery address in a safe or designated location, such as a porch, doorstep, or other sheltered spot, to ensure it remains secure.
• In some countries, Saturday delivery may be available according to local courier policies.
• For locker or parcel point deliveries, electronic notifications with a PIN or QR code will be provided once the package is placed.

💸 Shipping Costs

• There are no packaging or handling fees; only the shipping fee applies.
• Shipping costs at checkout are determined by:
  • Destination country
  • Chosen shipping method
  • Package size and weight
• Volume-based shipping discounts may be automatically applied in your cart.
• The estimated delivery times for each destination are provided on this page below, so you can see how long shipments are expected to take, while the exact shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you add items to your cart.

✈️ Customs, VAT & Import Duties

For shipments outside the European Union, customs clearance procedures and import duties/VAT may apply. These are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Such fees are not included in our prices. There is no need to worry, as this is a standard part of international shipping. The carrier handles all necessary procedures and provides notifications regarding any applicable charges.

🔄 Tracking & Notifications

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Shipment status updates are provided throughout transit.
• For full tracking services, you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery; however, please note that some postal services may not provide complete online tracking.
• Every shipment is registered and insured, so official inquiries can always be made if needed. After dispatch, we will always inform you if tracking is not available.

🛑 Undeliverable Shipments

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional shipping charges if reshipment is requested.
